Prepare for Weekly Meeting
What the President Does Each Week To Prepare for the Meeting.
Each week the president adjusts the agenda for whether the meeting is online or in person because some slides are specific to this.
The President can designate in advance somebody to do the Core Value.
The President can set the closing quote, or have the Secretary Treasurer do it. Or permanently designate the Feature Presenter to do it, although that risks a blank quote of the presenter forgets.
Each week, the President needs to know from the Vice President if there are:
New Members to be inducted.
Renewing members to be acknowledged.
Passport graduates to be celebrated.
Who will deliver the Membership Committee Report.
Do A Test Meeting
This video shows how to do a test meeting and go through the slides. It gives a great indication of what slides do what. Use this as a reference because your slides and presentation will differ.
Run the Meeting
This video shows how to run the meeting. It needs to be updated to cover the most recent best practices for in-person meetings.
